01. The Challenge
Nexus had a powerful product but a confusing onboarding flow that caused 68% of trial users to churn before completing setup. Their dashboard hadn't been updated in 3 years and showed its age.
02. Our Solution
We conducted 40+ user interviews, rebuilt the information architecture from scratch, and designed a new onboarding flow with contextual tooltips and progressive disclosure. The dashboard was redesigned with a focus on the 3 core user tasks.
03. Final Outcome
"Conversion from trial to paid increased by 340%. Average onboarding time dropped from 45 minutes to 12 minutes. NPS score jumped from 32 to 71."
